Our Policies.

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your starting time to complete any necessary intake forms and to ensure you get your full treatment time.

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your treatment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A $50 rebooking fee will apply to those who wish to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling: We aim to accommodate everyone’s schedule—including ours.

    • 48+ hours notice: No fee to cancel or reschedule.

    • Within 48 hours: One courtesy reschedule per year; additional changes incur a $50 rebooking fee.

    • Same-day cancellation: 50% of scheduled service fee.

    • No-show: 100% of scheduled service fee.

    • Emergencies will be handled with care and discretion.

  • Late Arrival We will do our best to treat you, but unfortunately late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointment.

  • No Show: Please contact us within 24 hours “post” No Show (via text, phone or email) with an update in order to receive future service from R&R, LLC.

  • Informed Consent is required to receive treatment.

    • It is the responsibility of the client to inform the therapist of any medical conditions that may be negatively impacted by massage.

  • Clients may: choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time.

  • All youth MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian to receive treatment.

  • For table massages: clients will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped.

  • Clients will: be informed of each area to be massaged prior to treatment and possibly during.

  • Relaxing music will be played at each session. All clients have right to refuse sound at session.

  • Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between client and therapist is NEVER appropriate.

  • Client or Therapist may: stop the session at any time for any reason.
